Program mission is to form a new generation of managers of an educational institution and its departments. The administrative personnel should know the latest conceptual and technological approaches to institution operation, implement program- and personality-oriented approaches in management and introduce innovations in projects and processes administration.

Admission requirements:
- Completed higher education (at a Specialist or Master level) in any major.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience.
- Competition based selection.
The program graduates are granted a national diploma and a Master degree with a qualification of “Manager of an enterprise, institution or organization in the field of education and industrial training”.
Program features:
The program facilitates the development of competences in a future educational institution manager. The competences comprise administrative, pedagogical, communication, assessment and research components that are essential for ultimate realization of administrative functions and achievement of goals in an educational institution development.
